The bronze is a casting of a brick, representing the father & his strong unchangeable nature. It is surrounded by dandelions which represent the mother and her more delicate nature. The dome holds them together in the afterlife sealed in glass and inaccessible but ever available to look toward. There is tension and beauty in equal measure and the memories are preserved in an intentionally fragile manner.
