This drawing in ink is based on Beethoven's Third Symphony and is a celebration of the orchestra performing the symphony despite the challenges the composer had in its creation. At the time of writing music for this symphony, Beethoven was informed that he was losing his hearing and the loss would be permanent and incurable.
